Expert Care That Keeps You Moving
Knee Pain & Knee Arthritis
Evaluation and treatment of knee pain and osteoarthritis — medicines, exercise programmes, weight and lifestyle advice, and joint injections. Surgery is advised only when it is truly needed.
Knee & Hip Replacement
For advanced arthritis when pain limits walking, sleep or daily life despite other treatment. The worn joint surfaces are replaced with an implant, and most patients start walking with support within a day or two of surgery.
Fracture & Trauma Care
Treatment of fractures and bone injuries — plaster/cast, and surgical fixation with plates, nails and screws when required.
Sports Injuries & Ligament Tears
Diagnosis and management of sprains, ligament (ACL/PCL) and meniscus injuries and tendon problems — bracing, rehabilitation and guidance on whether surgery is needed.
Shoulder Pain
Frozen shoulder, rotator cuff problems, shoulder dislocation and impingement — diagnosis, injections and rehabilitation plans.
Back & Neck Pain
Evaluation of back pain, sciatica and neck pain, including epidural steroid injections for nerve pain where appropriate.
Osteoporosis & Bone Health
Bone-health check, fracture-risk assessment and treatment for weak bones, especially in older adults and post-menopausal women.
Other procedures
[e.g. PRP injections, visco-supplementation, carpal tunnel release, CTEV/clubfoot — add or delete]

FAQs
Questions Patients Often Ask
A. If knee pain lasts more than 2–3 weeks, keeps you awake at night, causes swelling, locking or giving way, or stops you from walking or climbing stairs comfortably, it is worth getting it checked.
In most cases, yes. Early and moderate knee problems usually improve with medicines, exercises, weight control and sometimes injections. Surgery is considered only when these do not give enough relief.
A. No. Replacement is advised only when arthritis is advanced and pain significantly limits daily life despite other treatment.
A. Most patients start walking with a walker within 1–2 days, return home in a few days, and manage daily activities independently in about 4–6 weeks. Strength keeps improving over 3–6 months with physiotherapy.
A. Not always. It depends on your age, activity level, knee stability and associated injuries. Young and active people, and those whose knee keeps giving way, usually benefit from ACL reconstruction.
A. Any previous X-rays, MRI or CT scans (films and reports), prescriptions, and a list of your current medicines and other health conditions.
